1. Information We Collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and what is needed to run the website:

• Enquiry and appointment forms: your name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, purpose of visit, gender, and any message or health information you choose to write.
• Technical data sent with a form: your IP address, an approximate location worked out from it (city and region), your browser and device type, and the page you sent the form from. We use this to filter spam and to know where an enquiry came from.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, time on page, clicks and scrolling, browser and device details and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or medical reports through this website. Please do not send them through the forms.

2. Why We Use It

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry, call you back, and schedule and confirm your consultation.
• To protect the forms from spam and misuse (Google reCAPTCHA).
• If you accept analytics cookies, to understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not use your details for marketing messages, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Consent

We process form details only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit a form. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:

• For form details, call or email us using the details in section 9.
• For analytics cookies, click "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of any page and choose "Reject".

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Once you withdraw, we will stop using your details and delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Website and lead management provider: hosts this website, receives form submissions in a secure enquiry sheet and by email, and helps us respond to them.
• Email services: form submissions are sent by email to the clinic's inbox.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google): checks that forms are sent by people, not automated programs.
• IP location service: estimates the city and region of an enquiry from the IP address.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details only as long as they are needed to respond to you and arrange your consultation, and then delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them longer. If you withdraw consent, we delete your details as described in section 3.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the law requires.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• Access: get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correction and erasure: ask us to correct, complete, update or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, as described in section 3.
• Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us about how your data is handled.
• Nominate: name another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 9. We will respond within the time set by the DPDP Rules, which is no more than 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies, Children and Other Websites

• Cookies: analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser so that we do not ask again on every page.
• Children: the forms on this website should be filled in by adults. For a patient under 18, a parent or lawful guardian should contact us on the patient's behalf.
• Other websites: links to other websites, such as social media and maps, are covered by those websites' own privacy policies.
